Describe the FR

I hope this feature can be true, because when i'm playing on my lcd tv it's got bad aspect ratio and my tv cannot fix the aspect ratio input. So i hope this feature can help my problem and the others while playing on lcd/led tv and cannot get fullscreen or bad aspect ratio :)

I think it'd be great if the settings look like streching image vertically and horizontally with 1-100 variable's maybe?
