So I was confused by this article because I thought I have to run the withdraw credentials everytime I want to partial withdraw: Shouldn't the title not be called "Withdraw your validator" rather than "Setting Withdraw Credentials for your Validator".

also the part the process of performing a partial validator withdrawal makes it sound like its a manual process to make a partial withdrawal when its automatic after setting 0x01 credentials
