Add resourcepool metrics

What has been done:

• Added resourcepool metrics. Has a few seconds performance penalty.
• Added a simpel dashboards.
• Cleaned the markdown in the readme.

What i didn't check:

• If the docker build works with alpine. We modified it with our own base image.
