Add external instances (VMs) to Axiom

Hi,

I'm looking for the possibility of adding external instances to Axiom. In my case, I already have pre-created VMs and would like to use them as part of a "Fleet" for consequent use of e.g. axiom-scan. These machines were not created through Axiom nor have a provider module available.

I could add Axiom's pubkey to the machines. It's ok if the SSH username is hardcoded to "op" (if it makes things easier), but it would be great to be able to choose the port and IP address!
