Cannot scale only 2 axis's on an MMU print in 2.6

Description of the bug

Two color prints cannot be scale on only 2 axis.

I wanted to scale this print to 95% on only the X and the Y axis but when once I choose a second axis the first rescales again.

Project file & How to reproduce

To duplicate, load a 2 color file. Unlock the axis scales and enter a new percentage on of the axis. Then, pick a second and rescale and you will see the originally rescaled axis resize.

I have duplicated this with all combinations. The order of which axis is picked first does not matter.

I tested the same file in 2.5 and successfully rescale two axis's.
The STL I'm attempting to scale comes in a single color version and I was able to successfully rescale it in 2.6
