Rotating a box should rotate the box

Description of the bug

When I rotate a non-square box 90 degrees, it doesn't change the height to width & vice versa. It should rotate the box. It should keep the dimensions specified, but actually rotate the box... so if I rotate a tall box, it then becomes a wide box instead of the exact same tall box.

Project file & How to reproduce

insert box. Change the height to 200%. Rotate 90 degrees and see that the box looks exactly the same, when it should now be fat, not 200% tall.

Sorry, I did not get your issue notes. There are many possible options for how to rotate and scale the box. Can you please attach a short gif or video to follow up on your issue...
