GCode Viewer keeps file open on windows

Description of the bug

On windows the GCode viewer keeps the file open. This means another program can not save it (because windows is stupid) and the "File>Reload from disk" / F5 option is useless, because the gcode can not be changed.

Project file & How to reproduce

Open any gcode in notepad++ and the gcode viewer. You SHOULD be able to edit and save the gcode in notepad++ and then hit f5 in the gcode viewer to see the changes. Intead you are unable to save
