Custom part settings invisible after reloading .3mf saved project

Description of the bug

I'm adding custom settings to a part. They normally appear down at the bottom in the right side column. I save the project as a .3mf file. Later I come back to load the .3mf file, and the custom settings are not visible, so I can't modify them before slicing. If I right click and pick add settings again, I can see my custom settings are already selected even though they weren't visible. If I randomly turn on some additional setting, then all the custom settings appear in the right side column.
