Sovol SV04 / Wipe tower

Description of the bug

When using the Sovol SV04 Dual Extruder Profile by default in the print settings the wipe tower is activated. Since this printer uses independent extruders a wipe tower is not needed. This setting should be set to off by default.

For reproducing use default settings and no modifications!

Add Sovol SV04 printer to your printers Select printer "SV04 Dual Mode" Add a cube to the working area Add a second cube to the working area (move it to not collide with first one) Change extruder for one of the cubes (right click -> change extruder -> Extruder 2) Slice Bug-Cleaning-Tower.zip

As far as I remember the original author of the Sovol profiles @ils15 got those profiles directly from Sovol.

The wipe tower may be still needed on idex printer to pressurize nozzle properly.

i think is ok not use wipe tower in IDEX printers...

i will make some profiles modifications and send a pull request ASAP
