Comma values are not supported for rotation and scale

I often know the files are angled in the .STL and try to align them to the ground plate using the angle settings. But now only a 1° or 1% increment is supported. It would be nice to also be able to go to more detail with comma's in all these menu's.

also the dimensions it gives are now always rounded, but when student come and tell me to check if it is indeed 3.5 mm high i cannot verify this, since it rounds to 4 mm then.
