Print slowly option

It would be very helpful if PrusaControl had a 'print slowly' button, this would be useful for:

Noise levels: I print in a small room and PrusaControl prints fast, meaning my printer is noisier than when I print slower using Slic3r

Accuracy: I print some quite detailed parts and some of the detail is definitely lost when using PrusaControl compared to slower settings through Slic3r
