Re-slice PrusaBeerOpener

My late-august MK2s came bundled with PrusaBeerOpener (among other models) sliced at 100µm and 200µm. The 200µm version is a botched slicer job. While the 100µm version properly bridges the gap over the coin slot, the 200µm version does not. Instead it merrily tries to lay infill on top of air, resulting in a pretty bad print.

I note that for whatever reason the 200µm sliced version is not available in this repository.
