[ENHANCEMENT] Adjust Filament loading/unloading speed with Bondtech extruder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Loading of the FIlament make trouble when there is a Bondtech extruder mounted

Describe the solution you'd like LCD Menu -> Settings -> HW settings -> then long-press the knob Please add the option to adjust the loading and unloading speed or a option to set it via gcode and the option to save it.

This improvement would be very helpful and would avoid harm for some MINI+ users :)
