Can the printer run Gcode - I want to be able to port Resin XP v2 to it
https://www.facebook.com/Photonsters/posts/932832370504077
I'm working on Version 2 of Resin Exposure Finder tool, and i am trying to make this available to as much printers as possible.
Can the current firmware do per layer positioning and exposure times?
Can we controll the peel motion like we can on other zip gcode reader printers or at least do multiple exposures without doing peel?
I'd love to see this work on the SL1. Don't see a response from Prusa here..... did they reach out?
Apparently it has it's own version of exposure test, similar to what is seen on Photon S REFS
Since the SL1 still does not support gcode there is not much to do besides adapting the test shape to their method.
If i had a SL1 i would make a port, but i don't plan in getting one soon and i don't think this is a important thing enough to award Prusa to send me one for development :)
Do you have one?

Yes I do. I had been trying to get prusa to release a exposure finder for months. https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-SL1/issues/6
Glad they finally did, but you can only do 0.05 layer heights and it takes almost 3 hours to complete. https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-SL1/issues/4
Actually a mod in the Facebook community SL1 group now, always push users to do calibration prints. Takes all the guessing out it.
I'll devote time and do test for you, if your willing to help us.
I've done lithophanes with SL1, done in 15-20 mins. Seems like your style of calibration would be closer to 30mins as opposed to 3 hours
actually it takes around 5 to 8 minutes maximum to have a good ballpark on the starting values
