Update design files to reflect new Version 2 Rev 0.4 since it is essential to display sensor status in FW 3.9.0

Due to the new way in which FIRMWARE VERSION 3.9.0 displays the status of the IR sensor using the newer Red PCB with different traces, this repo is obsolete and unusable to produce the new IR sensor. Please update the design files to keep it in line with the Release license.
