iOS controlling position of arrow

Is it possible to put the arrow on the horizontal sides or bottom side of the menu?

Currently it only comes up on top side.

Oh excuse that please I'll make more clear. By default it seems this module is putting the arrow only on the top side like this:

But i was hoping to also allow it to be on left side depending on space. Or is this automatically handled? So maybe my issue here is invalid.
