Resize text, add cursor focus, adjust pen size of drawn lines

Hi

For our system we think the following features would help improve the experience of your tool:

• Give users the ability to be able to change the font-size of added text
• Can we focus the cursor on selecting the Text option, what happens is the onboard keyboard popups up, you start typing but nothing appears as you have not focused the cursor on the screen
• Give the users the ability to choose the thickness of the lines they draw, or at least allow the developers to pass in a value setting the thickness of the lines that will be drawn.

Please keep in mind that our above requests are based on the Android implementation. We haven't tested in iOS at this point yet.
