It looks like this line needs to be removed: https://github.com/proxy-wasm/proxy-wasm-cpp-host/blob/c8868da77499d414f3dcd07e4fbe584dc9a1c30d/bazel/wasm.bzl#L67

Can you commit this?

Thanks for the work on making clang-tidy work! I couldn't get it to work myself. I look forward to merging this once status checks pass.
