New feature motivation

It would be great if:

• "Browse all findings" tab allow to filter by muted findings to remove them
• "Browse all findings" tab having the ability to download the displayed output
• Fix the download feature that seems to be broken for number of users
• Users have the ability to view in details which requirements passed and failed in the "Compliance" tab
• Add the Australian Essential 8 compliance framework in the "Compliance" tab
• Having the ability to add custom compliance frameworks
• Having the ability to cancel, stop and resume scans
• Automated emails after scan is finished, with a high summary of the new findings and various stats
