Update navigation to modules on main page.

On main page we have navigation to "Modules" page which is quite empty. https://github.com/provectus/swiss-army-kube/blob/master/modules/README.md

This page should have:

  1. List of current SAK modules with brief description
  2. Info about SAK-incubator and link to it.
  3. Modules which will be added soon (modules from incubator)
