I think there's no create button on ui so create user using kafka cli

please be aware that this repo is not maintained (#4255). However, we maintain kafka-ui here: https://github.com/kafbat/kafka-ui Regarding the question, if we're talking about ACLs, the version in this repo doesn't support editing ACLs, thus, I recommend upgrading to the latest version in a new repo :)
