Kafka UI doesn't work without internet connection

Hi Team,

By using the latest jar (0.5) I am unable to launch the UI in a server which doesn't have internet connection. It wasn't the case with earlier jar (0.4). Kindly let me know if anything can be done in this case. Thanks.
