Improve the Responsive view for Messages/Topic page

Describe the bug In case of manually editing the responsive view of the page, the design breaks and information overlaps

Set up https://www.kafka-ui.provectus.io/

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Topics
2. Select the Topic
3. Turn to Messages
4. Try to edit the responsive view of the page manually

Expected behavior All the information should be displayed fully and clear in case of each responsive mode
