problem with azure ad replication

I have a problem with the azure ad. The azure ad works normally, but if I set replication more than 1, it will have the problem like the web doesn't work

and sometimes works, but it doesn't load the Kafka topic.

I think it is probably because of the azure ad since I have set replicas more than 1 before and have no problem with that.
