User Role switching from Proud Admin doesn't work

Describe the bug

When you change a user Role from the ProudCity Admin it appears that the command doesn't get issued to WordPress to make the change.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new user set as Author from my.proudcity.com
  2. Click on the user and change their role to Editor
  3. When you view the user on the WordPress site they did not have their role changed

Expected behavior

The user should have their new role applied so if they're set to an Editor on my.proudcity.com they should also be an editor on the WP site they have access to.

Note: PC Admins and WP Admins are a bit different but that difference shouldn't apply here.
