Fix Site move to Production command

  • just ran this to launch somerville and it worked without issues.

Describe the bug

Clicking the "Move to Production" button in our web UI should launch a site with the pc kube rocket commands. Currently this button doesn't work, though running the commands in terminal for a developer seems to work fine.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a test site at my.proudcity.com
  2. Click on the move to production button
  3. Wait because nothing happens
  4. See error

Expected behavior

Should run the pc kube rocket command
