I get the feeling that you adjusted the size of the icons based on your custom font/color/OS theme, which may not be representative of the general population...?

So the larger issue is to make the conversation toolbar fully customizable. Since the UI is 100% HTML, I don't have a good solution to offer for that issue, but...

Hi, There are only shortcuts for "reply" and "reply all", not the "quick reply" variants. I would welcome a patch that implements them! Cheers, jonathan
