manually arranged folder sequence cannot be saved (issue with a huge number of folders?)

TB 38.1.0 with Manually Sort Folders 1.1 on Windows 7

In preferences UI: /Sort Folders\

[Close]-Button seems to have no effect (for at least 5 minutes), but logs the same error as shown above. Use of Windows' [X]-Button is needed to dismiss the preferences window. But the manually arranged folder sequence seems to get lost then. Maybe this is an issue of size (some 10.000 folders in deep hierarchy).

Yes. I don't expect the addon to work with 10,000 folders.
