McAfee seems to think Manually Sort Folders is a virus

I tried to instal in Thunderbird 78 today but McAfee quarantines it and although I can see it in my list of add-ons (without icon) it is not in Tools. I'm reluctant to override the anti-virus software but also keen to get the add-on to work!

Unfortunately I have no better advice than to report the issue to McAfee as a false positive.
