How to smooth seeking

Hi, everyone.

I want to seek smooth video(such as frame by frame) when the user moving SeekBar. How to do that? Or have any idea?

This is usually done with additionally supplied image sprites or a low resolution and low framerate video - it is thus unrelated to the actual video playback of the video player.
