No rule to make target libcapnp.a

I'm doing a simple build on git master

cmake ..
make

which compiles to 100 %, but then:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target './OSMExpress/vendor/capnproto/c++/src/capnp/libcapnp.a', needed by 'osmx'. Stop.
