In poll page, chart Vote Count By Option shows wrong value of total voters

Bug: In the Poll page, the chart "Vote Count By Option" shows different value than the total of value from "Voters Per Option" and than the related page at vote.makerdao.com. Example: https://deploy-preview-406--mkr-gov.netlify.app/poll/95 The chart "Vote Count By Option" has as total voters 37, but the chart "Voters Per Option" sum 36, and the total number of voters at the vote.makerdao.com site is also 36. In the chart "Vote Count By Option", the value shows 0:11 y should be 0:10
