Executive Metadata

As a User I want to see a list of all executive votes with all of their metadata So that I can find the ones I'm interested in and access their details page

Given I am on any page from the website
When I click on the "executive votes" link on the navigation bar
Then I expect to be redirected to the "executive votes page"
And I expect to see a list of executive votes ordered by creation date desc
And I expect to see each vote's status, name, MKR in support, start date, execution status, and execution date.

All the required information should be available in this endpoint: https://cms-gov.makerfoundation.com/content/all-spells

How to test this (compare with mkrgov.science)

• The last 2 votes should have the exact same information as before
• Double-check data on the list (random sample) with the blog: https://blog.makerdao.com/
