Uncast executives metric is limited to executives created within the last twelve months.

This is based off of a comment chain between myself and @matextrem on the HelpText google doc.

This can go in as an enhancement for V3, but ideally we should track all executives that haven't been cast, not only those in the last year. Note that if this does get changed, the help text should also be updated to remove the reference to 12 months.
