Clicking on the 'Descriptor' hyperlinks in the 'GetReflection' docs returns a 404 errors

Clicking on any Descriptor hyperlink in on this page https://protobuf.dev/reference/cpp/api-docs/google.protobuf.message/#Message.GetReflection returns 404 errors.

Thanks for reporting this issue. This is a known issue, and requires us to fix the build process for the API docs. I don't have a timeline for this work being done.
