compile with -stdlib=libstdc++ flag failed

Just like the issue https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf/issues/2945 When I compile protobuf using ./configure CXXFLAGS="-stdlib=libstdc++" It failed. I even tried version 2.6.1 Any help is appreciated, please let me know if you need any more information.
