Design post-MVP landing page

A showy landing page isn't needed for MVP launch, but worth getting started sooner rather than later in order to give us time to wireframe and the design time time to make any artifacts needed.

Note that we'll need to keep in mind considerations for dark mode as built in https://github.com/protocol/nft-website/pull/71.
