Make static links for assets at ipld.co2.storage/_CID_

The interface for co2.storage now has a popup displaying the contents of the asset or a template, which works really well.

In addition to this, we should have a page available at ipld.co2.storage/CID which displays the information that is now in the popup. That way we can link people to this information without them having to sign in.
