IPC cryptoecon parameters fixed following FIP discussion

There are still open cryptoeconomic questions and parameter choices that correspond to the Filcoin community to decide. Implementing IPC with Filecoin as a rootnet, and implementing its specific cryptoeconomic mechanisms will require community feedback and alignment.  Together with Consensus Lab, we will drive the FIP process and engage the community, to be able to adopt IPC as Filecoin’s scaling solution, with sensible cryptoeconomic mechanisms in place.
