Remove ZkProgrammable in favor of new ZkProgram

As of o1js 1.7.0, ZkPrograms accept a proofsEnabled parameter. Back when we created the ZkProgrammable utilities, the lack of that was the primary reason of that being created. Now that has become unnecessary and should be removed.
