Cannot import ontologies that use IRI redirects

Related to issue: #716 I am receiving a message requesting that I refresh my browser when I attempt to upload an ontology with imports that use IRIs with redirects.

I believe this may be related to similar issues with owlapi: protegeproject/protege#890 and owlcs/owlapi#954

If I merge the ontology into a single file I am able to upload it without issue, however if I attempt to upload the original ontology with import structure I get a message about needing to refresh my browser and am unable to upload the ontology.
