Add support for changing/setting ontology IRI in WebProtege

An ontology created in WebProtégé will get an ontology IRI set automatically, over which the user has currently no control. For ontologies used in real life projects, the ontology IRI is quite important, so providing a mechanism to set the ontology IRI, and/or to modify it later, would be a crucial feature.

AFAICT, currently the only way to change the IRI of the ontology that was created in WebProtégé, is to download it, change it's IRI in Protege Desktop, and upload it to WebProtégé, in a new project (because merging is supported based on the ontology IRI). This is not ideal.

How did you change the IRI in the Protege Desktop..? It seems like I can only get the ontology IRI to change at the moment
