Unable to load from dereferenceable IRIs in TriplyDB

Open wouterbeek opened this issue 3 years ago • 0 comments

I'm unable to load IRIs from TriplyDB instances using IRI dereferencing, even though these IRI should expose valid RDF in the serialization formats N-Quads, N-Triples, TriG and Turtle.

The error message that I get is:

Could not find the ontology found at: {iri}

Is there something wrong with the way in which TriplyDB implements IRI dereferencing? (And if so: what is the cURL equivalent of the request that Protege performs? We could use that for testing purposes.) Alternatively, there may be something wrong with the way in which Protege performs IRI dereferencing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Protégé and click on File > Open from URL...
  2. Open from URL again, now enter https://triplydb.com/academy/pokemon/id/pokemon/pikachu and press OK; notice that loading takes quite long, and notice several errors appear for a large number of parsers that seem to have been applied in sequence.
