Shortcut key for making primitive siblings disjoint does not work

The CTRL+J short cut key to "Make primitive siblings disjoint" does not seem to work. Tried it in different contexts, by having different classes selected, having the focus on different components. Nothing seemed to work.

Observed in Protege 5.5.0.

This issue was separated out from #906.

Hi guys, I cannot seem to find the "Make primitive siblings disjoint" options in Protégé 5.5 on Windows. Where is it?
