Autosuggest window is forced in the background when using the "Entity IRI field" for annotations with instances

Bug Report:

When I want to make an annotation on the ontology level and use the "Entity IRI" field to select one of the existing instances in the ontology as a value for the annotation, the autosuggest window which lets me chose from suitable hits is forced in the background. Although one can use the keyboard to navigate the suggested results and select one by hitting enter, one cannot move or interact with it using the mouse. This just happens on the ontology level on the term level this is fine.

It also happens for me at the annotations on annotations level (i.e. when using the @ button on an annotation) but only when I try to add more than one without closing the "Annotations for AnnotationAssertion" box between them.

Detailed procedure

1. Select @ button.

2. Select + to add annotation.

3. Entity IRI popup window appears in foreground as expected.

4. Attempt to add another annotation (without closing "Annotations for AnnotationAssertion" window).

5. Entity IRI selection popup now appears in background.
