For annotation properties, usages are double-counted in Usage tab

When there is a large number of usages of an annotation property, this issue isn't immediately obvious - but it seems to happen consistently. Example (from HPO ontology):

There are only 14 usages of the is_transitive annotation property, but it's reported as being used 28 times.
