Add ability to reposition groups of selected nodes

Received enhancement request on the protege-affiliates mailing list:

It would be nice if I could select a group of concepts and reposition them as a group. Now, if I have to reposition a group of 10 concepts, I have to reposition them 1 by 1, and this takes me a lot of time.
