I have followed you instructions but shortcut is not being triggered

When I run the Automator while not in Outlook everything seems to work. But when in Outlook it does not. I am running The latest version of outlook.

I don't have access to Mac Outlook anymore. I don't think the issue have anything to do with the code of MacOutlookArchive. You may be better off asking in some Mac related forum. Have you tried the steps in the Troubleshooting section? Does the shortcut work if you select it by the mouse from the menu?
