Nice, assigned. I'll try and get that manifest/index of available CSVs done today or tomorrow.

For now, you can hardcode; the CSV files should be public.

The pattern is: https://s3.amazonaws.com/cookcountyjail.il.propublica.org/dev/daily/2016-07-24.csv

It runs from 2014-06-05 to 2016-07-24 and 2017-06-19 to 2017-06-23 -- I broke something and didn't realize!
