Just curious about the compressed file related to proplot

I am writing this to you to ask a small question. While going over my home directory, I happened to see a file named "unknown-0.0-py31_0.tar.bz2." This file contains the following files:

For simplicity, a short list is shown here. Based on this list of files, I think that these files are closely related to the proplot. As far as I remember, I have only used two commands, which are either "pip" or "conda" to install the proplot. But now, I can no longer find the file "unknown-0.0-py31_0.tar.bz2" anywhere on the Internet, including pypi.org, anaconda.org, and github.com, so I have no idea of why this file currently exists in my home directory. I would kindly like you to provide more information on this file, such as whether this file had ever existed online and where the file was located.
